You can prioritize what needs to happen first, leaving less important tasks for last. It's best to do it the night before so come the next work day, you know exactly where to start.
2. Hire trustworthy individuals.
One of the greatest enemies of time management is micromanaging. If you’re constantly looking after your employees to ensure they get their work done, you’ll never have time for your own work! When you hire someone, make sure they’re someone who you can trust without constant supervision.

Every hour or so, take a five or ten minute break, whatever your schedule allows. Put the work down and just breathe. This will allow you to recharge and get back to your work with a refreshed mind.
5. Eliminate unnecessary meetings.
Yes, it’s important to check in with your team and make sure everyone’s on the same page, but if it can be said in an email, do that instead. This will save time and everyone will be able to focus on the task at hand.
